- Trip
prices include nice three-star hotel rooms, charter bus and professional driver, other
group ground transportation, a detailed schedule,
at least one big group meal with beer each day, brewery tours, beer
tastings,
guided walks, free time to explore, and beer information from host
Owen Ogletree. NOT included: tips for our bus driver minor hotel city/resort taxes, air tickets and airport transfers.
- Each traveler must arrange his/her airline
ticket, but we can provide help and advice with this, if needed.
Airport transfers are also the responsibility of each participant.

Helsinki (Finland) for a couple of days, then take the ferry south to

LONDON'S GREAT BRITISH BEER FESTIVAL, PUBS, BREWERIES, LONDON SIGHTS - August 5-11, 2025 - REGISTRATION OPENS IN EARLY 2025.

- Pop across the pond to experience the best of the London area with
Owen Ogletree. Fly from the USA on August 4 or earlier, landing in
London on the morning of August 5. Trip activities begin around noon on

- Once you fill out
the online registration form, wait for Owen Ogletree to contact you by
email confirming availability. Please be patient, as Owen's reply may
take a few days.
- The deposit* for any
trip is $400 per participant. Once you fill in the online registration
for a trip, Owen Ogletree will send a confirmation email outlining how
to make your non-refundable deposit.
- Checks are to be made payable to BREWTOPIA EVENTS LLC or sent through Zelle.
- Credit card payments can be made through the PayPal or Venmo links that Owen Ogletree will provide.
- Your invoice for final payment will be sent approximately one month before the start of each trip.
- Final trip details and schedule will be sent by email about two weeks before the start of the trip.
- Most trips require at least 15 participants.
- Before you purchase plane tickets, please confirm with us that the tour will definitely take place.

non-refundable. In regard to cancellations following final payment,
partial refunds may be possible - according to service contracts and

The
following tour terms and conditions limit Brewtopia Events LLC's and
Owen Ogletree's liability as the Operator of this tour and also limit
the liability of our agents, transportation carriers and suppliers for
our tours. Your deposit, online registration form and acceptance of
final tour documents and schedule mark your acceptance of the following
terms and conditions along with full liability waiver conditions listed on the ticket checkout process.
REGISTRATION: The trip deposit is completely non-refundable. In regard
to cancellations following final payment, partial refunds may be
possible - according to service contracts and recoverable expenses. No
refund will be made for any tour accommodations, service or
tour feature that you have selected but do not use for any reason. If
you cancel
while the tour is in progress, no refunds will be made for unused
portions. Partial or full refunds cannot be made for portions of a trip missed
due to illness, mechanical breakdown of transportation vehicles, or any delays caused by severe
weather conditions. Brewtopia Events LLC reserves the right to deny or cut short trip participation to anyone for any reason we see fit.
NOT INCLUDED IN TOUR PRICE: Air transportation, airport transfers,
baggage fees, medical
fees, insurance, some meals and some beers, airport taxes, any minor
hotel city/resort taxes, optional taxis during the trip, bus driver
gratuity.
PRICES: All tour prices are in U.S. dollars.
PASSPORT: A valid passport that's not expiring within six months
of your return flight is required for international travel. No refunds
can be made in case of late arrival of a passport. It is important to
NOT carry passports and car keys with you during daily trip activities.
Leave passports and car keys in your luggage or secure safe in your
hotel room. The trip organizers are not able to assist with obtaining
an emergency replacement passport during trips.
USE OF PHOTOGRAPHY: By going on a trip, you give Brewtopia Events LLC
the right to use photographs and video of you in print and online
publications.
ALTERATIONS TO TOURS & ACCEPTANCE: Brewtopia Events LLC, in its
absolute discretion, reserves the right to change any route or other
arrangements, offer substitutes, alter trip schedules, or to cancel the
whole or any portion of a tour, should conditions make this necessary.
CONDUCT: These beer trips are for beer education and enjoyment - not
overindulgence and questionable behavior. Participants are expected to
conduct themselves in a responsible, respectful manner that insures
everyone's enjoyment. Brewtopia Events LLC holds the right to terminate
the tour for any problematic member, at any time, without refund. Bus
departures and tours cannot wait for tardy participants, and each
member of the tour is expected to be on time - based on the schedule that
will be provided.
MEDICAL & HEALTH: These beer tours involve a great deal of walking,
and each person should be in adequate condition (or be personally
responsible for alternative taxi costs, etc.). Refunds are not given
for health reasons, illness, or medical emergencies. Hospital and medical
treatments and care during the trip are the complete responsibility of
the participant - as is evacuation from the trip location to return
home. Brewtopia Events LLC cannot attend to the sick and/or assist with
medical situations during the trip. Brewtopia Events LLC assumes no
liability regarding provision of medical care. Refunds cannot be made
for portions of a trip missed due to sickness, injury, medical
emergencies or any other reason. Participants agree that there is no
liability for an injury or death of an individual attending a Brewtopia
trip if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of
contracting COVID or any infectious illness. Trip organizers have no liability. Participants
are assuming this risk by signing up for a Brewtopia trip.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF ORGANIZER: Brewtopia Events LLC is only responsible
as an informational tour guide and organizer for these beer trips. We
do not move luggage, perform special duties, or assist in personal or
medical problems or situations. Each participant on these trips is
totally responsible for his/her own property, well being and resolution
of any special problems or situations.
LIMITATIONS
OF LIABILITY: Each participant must also agree to our liability waiver
before being allowed to attend a trip. The waiver is posted on our trip
registration page. By sending your registration information, all
members of your party agree to all points of our liability
waiver/release from liability.
SPECIAL WAIVER: As a participant on a Brewtopia Events LLC tour, you
fully and clearly understand that you will be consuming alcohol during
the tour and accept full responsibility for your own behavior,
responsibility and health during the tour - which may involve a
variety of activities, locations and types of travel - including, but
not limited to: walking on dark and/or busy foreign streets, rail
travel, bus transportation, train platforms and stations, steep hotel
stairways, cobblestone streets, taxis, trains, tours, restaurants,
pubs, and public museums. You also realize that brewery tours may
involve
beer tasting and walking through unfamiliar, narrow and/or steep
corridors, stairways and slippery terrain. You also realize that
breweries may be operational during visits and that this presents
additional hazards including heat and steam, reduced visibility, slick
floors, hot surfaces and boiling kettles. You knowingly and willfully
accept these risks and accept complete and total responsibility for
your own behavior and welfare during tours. You agree that there is no liability
for an injury or death of an individual attending a Brewtopia trip if
such injury or death results from the inherent risks of contracting
COVID-19 or any other infectious disease. Trip participants agree that trip organizers have no
liability. As a trip participant, you are assuming this risk by signing
up
for a Brewtopia trip. You agree to hold neither Brewtopia
Events LLC nor the hosting brewery or facility liable in any way,
should any type of harm come to you.
Submitting
your online registration form indicates understanding and acceptance of
these conditions by ALL members of your party.
